The mandatory end-cleaning fee (€130) as well as the deposit (€300) will be included in this price quotation. Construction will continue around Casa Guapa for the development of the Santa Rosal|iacute;a resort. Due to the construction that is still in progress in the area of the apartment, we have chosen to reduce the rental price of the apartment, although the inconvenience will remain limited.
